Hikvision's dash cameras for commercial vehicles do much more than record the road. For example, the AE-DI5052-G40 PRO supports up to five camera channels. It has 4G and satellite positioning (GPS, GLONASS and Galileo), and it includes ADAS alerts for things like lane departure and forward collision. It also includes driver monitoring that detects fatigue, distraction and phone use, and it can identify drivers.
For fleets, that means footage of incidents, live location and alerts when a driver is tired or distracted. Managers can then deal with risky behaviour before it causes an accident.
