Hikvision PoE kits bundle IP cameras with an NVR that has built-in PoE ports. Each camera runs on a single network cable that carries both power and video. For example, the EKI-K82T46 pairs an 8-channel 4K PoE NVR with six 4 MP turret cameras, which leaves room for two more. The EKI-K41T44 has a 4-channel NVR and four 4 MP cameras. When cameras are plugged into the NVR's PoE ports, they are detected and added automatically.
Kits like these are a sensible choice for villas, small offices, shops, clinics and small warehouses, where a site needs four to eight cameras and wants local recording with app access.
