DeepinView is Hikvision's range of network cameras with deep-learning analytics built in, so the camera itself does the analysis. Different models are tuned for different jobs. Some capture and compare faces. Others read number plates. Multi-target models detect people and vehicles and record attributes such as clothing colour or vehicle type. Some DeepinView cameras have two lenses, giving a wide scene view and a close-up at the same time, and the TandemVu ANPR models combine two sensors in one body.
These cameras suit building entrances, lobbies, car park gates, retail entrances and campuses, where you want useful search data rather than just video. Operators can find "a person in a red top" or "a white van" in minutes instead of watching hours of footage.
