Turbo HD is Hikvision's range of HD analogue cameras and DVRs. They send high-definition video over coaxial cable using HD-TVI. That makes Turbo HD a practical way to upgrade an older analogue CCTV system without rewiring the building. Turbo HD DVRs typically accept HD-TVI, AHD, CVI and traditional analogue cameras, and they can add some IP cameras as well. Newer generations add Hikvision features such as ColorVu full-colour night imaging and AcuSense human and vehicle filtering.
This suits villas, shops, warehouses, schools and older buildings where coax is already in place and replacing it would be expensive or disruptive. It also suits simpler sites where a straightforward recorder and cameras are enough. Transit surveys the existing cabling and tests it. We then replace cameras and recorders in stages and set up remote viewing on the app. When you are ready to move to IP, we can plan a mixed system that reuses as much as possible. See our CCTV systems page or the wider Hikvision range. Ask Transit about availability and an upgrade quote.
