The LD Systems ICOA Series is a range of coaxial PA speakers in 12" and 15" sizes. Each one comes in a powered or passive version. The coaxial design puts the horn in the centre of the woofer, so you get a single, coherent sound source. The horn can be rotated by 90 degrees. That means the same cabinet works upright on a pole or laid on its side as a floor monitor. According to LD Systems, the passive ICOA 12 handles 250 W RMS and reaches about 123 dB maximum SPL with 90 x 50 degree coverage, and the ICOA 15 goes a little louder. Matching 15" and 18" subwoofers handle the low end, and there is a Bluetooth model for simple playback.
