The QH models are the high-brightness tier of Samsung's 4K signage. Across the QHR, QHB and current QHC generations, Samsung rates them at about 700 nits with 24/7 operation. The latest QHC adds a 25% haze anti-glare finish and built-in light and temperature sensors. Sizes generally run from 43 to 75 inches.
Brightness is the reason to choose a QH screen. Glass-fronted lobbies, atriums, airport halls, car showrooms and shops with large windows all have so much daylight that a standard 350 or 500 nit display looks washed out by afternoon. The 24/7 rating also suits information screens that never switch off. If a screen faces the street directly through glass, Samsung's dedicated window displays are brighter again.
