Samsung's self-service kiosks combine a touch screen, a built-in computer and space for peripherals in one slim unit. The aim is to make ordering, check-in or payment kiosks quicker to roll out than custom-built cabinets. The 24-inch range comes in two main versions. One runs Samsung's Tizen platform for web-based apps (KM24A). The other runs Windows IoT for software that needs a PC (KMC-W). Both use Full HD touch screens and can be wall, desk or floor mounted.
Choosing between them mostly depends on the application you plan to run. Transit can help you work that out with your software provider before you order. We then deliver the kiosks, fit and network them, and set up remote management, so updates and screen checks can be done centrally. Common uses include restaurant ordering, hotel and clinic check-in, visitor management and ticketing. See our interactive digital signage page or the Samsung interactive display range. Tell us what the kiosk needs to do, and Transit will suggest the right model and send a quote.
