The XPR series is Samsung's outdoor LED cabinet range. It is designed for screens that face the weather every day. Pixel pitches run from about 6 mm to 20 mm, depending on the model. Samsung quotes brightness of 7,000 nits and above, and the XPR-E versions are rated IP66 at front and rear. That level of protection matters for dust storms, sprinklers and coastal humidity.
Typical uses include building façade screens, roadside advertising, stadium perimeter boards, fuel station and mall entrance displays, and outdoor event screens. A coarser pitch works for long viewing distances, and a finer one for closer audiences. Transit works out the size and pitch for the site and the steelwork and wind load. We plan the power with surge protection and the data and service access. Once installed, we add remote monitoring and brightness schedules, so the screen is easy to read in midday sun without being too bright at night. See our outdoor display solutions and digital billboards pages, or the Samsung LED video wall range. Tell us about your site and Transit will confirm availability and a price.
