The QHC series is the brightest of Samsung's Crystal UHD signage line. It is made for indoor spaces flooded with daylight. Samsung lists 700 nits of brightness on a 4K VA panel, a 25% haze anti-glare surface, 4000:1 contrast and 24/7 operation, in sizes from 43 to 75 inches. Inputs include three HDMI 2.0 ports and DisplayPort 1.2, with RS-232 and network control. Built-in temperature and light sensors let the screen adjust itself to its surroundings.
The QHC fits places like shop windows set back from the glass, atriums, transport halls and car showrooms. A standard screen looks dull in these places by mid-afternoon. Because it is rated for continuous use, it also suits information displays that never switch off.
