Pequod Acoustics AETONE

Aetone is made of composite material, as is typical of our production. The surfaces are obviously very resistant. The transducers are a coaxial speaker and a woofer, both 8” with very high performance. It is an 8” coax with a 2.5” voice coil, with an inner tweeter on axis, with a 1.75” voice coil, horn loaded characterized by 70° conical dispersion. The low frequency is made by an 8” high-performance woofer, with a 2.5” voice coil, reflex loaded. As with Meses, we have paid great attention to the timbre of the system, decidedly refined to the point of making Aetone an important and versatile product, suitable for becoming both a DJ monitor system (left and right channels mirrored), as well as for sounding areas where it is necessary to have audio systems characterized by reduced total height, typically in private rooms of sophisticated clubs, where Aetone can be in a stand-alone version or, alternatively, with a subwoofer, to obtain extremely high sound pressure levels.
