Hikvision's M-VPro NVRs combine a high-capacity M series recorder with built-in GPU analytics. Hikvision lists features including self-learning perimeter protection, face recognition, video structuring (which tags people and vehicles with attributes) and AcuSearch for quick searches across recordings. The DS-9632NXI-M8R/VPro, for example, handles 32 channels with eight SATA bays, RAID and 8K video output. Smaller 2-bay M-VPro models are also available.
This makes M-VPro a strong choice for sites that need analytics on many cameras without a separate server. Examples include hotels, malls, hospitals, university campuses, logistics hubs and residential communities.
