Planar Systems is an American display manufacturer founded in 1983 as a spin-off from Tektronix, with its base in Hillsboro, Oregon. It is now a Leyard company. Planar is known for LCD and fine-pitch LED video walls, large-format displays and specialty displays used in control rooms, corporate spaces, education and retail.
