SICK AG is a German sensor manufacturer founded in 1946 and headquartered in Waldkirch. It makes photoelectric and proximity sensors, LiDAR and laser scanners, barcode and RFID readers, safety light curtains and gas analysers used in factories, logistics centres, ports and traffic systems.
Transit uses SICK sensors in projects that need reliable detection, for example vehicle detection for barriers and toll lanes, perimeter detection, and measurement data collected from plant equipment. We install and configure the sensors and integrate their outputs with control, video and IoT platforms.
