Spectracom is an American time and frequency brand from Rochester, New York, known for GPS network time servers such as SecureSync. The business became part of Orolia, which is now part of the French group Safran, and its timing products are used by telecoms, broadcasters, power utilities and data centres.
Transit uses GPS time servers to give IT, security and control systems one accurate time reference, so logs, recordings and alarms line up. We install the server and antenna, configure NTP or PTP distribution on the network and connect master clocks and other equipment to it.
